I am a cockney lad, from sunny, old London. I always strive to do my best in everything that I do. I try to remain very active, seeking mental and physical stimulation, wherever I go. This translates to the type of people that I enjoy, those who have nourished their minds and bodies healthily, providing me with a connection through conversation and through physical contact. I try to live by the mantra, "Do one kind thing today" as I understand it, one random act of kindness can change the parameters of someone's whole day or more! And I like to view kindness as a ripple effect, spreading through people from, that single act, as I always say in response to a kind act, "pay it forward". - Gabriel Phoenix
