It's Liv's birthday and her three stepsons make a bet over who could get her the present she likes the most. Tony, the oldest one, gets her a nice outfit since he's the most successful and has the money, and Nick, the youngest, thinks that making her a gift is the way to go, so he bakes her a cake. However, Nade, the middle and smartest stepbrother, sneaks into her computer and realizes something: Liv is obsessed with butt stuff, looking into all kinds of anal porn. This gives Nade the best idea for a present: a butt plug! Nick and Tony give Nade crap for surprising their stepmom with a sex toy, but soon they understand that he was right. Liv really wants to feel the warm sensation of a cock pushing inside her tight asshole, but her husband is kind of a prude, so she hasn't been able to try out her fantasy. Touched by their stepmom's wish, Nade, Nick, and Tony make her wet dream come true and fill all of Liv's holes, giving her the best birthday ever!
