When Penelope, a tiny and bratty teenager, becomes convinced that her stepdad, Quinton, is cheating on her mom, she sets off on a hilariously clumsy spy mission to expose his supposed infidelity. From hiding inside boxes to spying on him with binoculars, Penelope obsessively tracks Quinton’s every move—only to uncover the real secret: he’s planning a surprise party for her mom. Eventually, her laughably bad disguises and awkward attempts at camouflage give her away, and Quinton finally confronts her, demanding an explanation. Cornered, Penelope pleads with him to punish her instead of telling Mom, leading to a steamy spanking session that awakens her kinky side.
