Rika Fane is back for her scheduled appointment with the therapist Lady Gang. She comes in, visibly upset, staring at her phone and not paying attention. Lady is professional as always, she tries to get down to the problem at hand. She tells Rika to put down her phone, which she does immediately. Lady asks her what the problem is, to which Rika says that she has some side effects from the medication. Well, that is perfectly normal for these types of medication. Rika confesses that the side effects are of sexual nature, and they’re definitely not the type her therapist thinks. She starts becoming angrier, to which Lady responds by coming closer to her and trying to console her patient. Rika breathes deeper, she can’t hold back all the anger that’s boiling inside of her, so she pounces at the therapist and grabs her by the neck. Even though Rika is smaller, she towers over Lady, and then suddenly starts grabbing her crotch. Lady is stunned, lost for words, while Rika rubs a bulge in her pants and starts breathing even deeper as if she’s experiencing pleasure. Lady asks what is happening, which makes Rika lash out even harsher. She tells the reckless therapist that she should have been more careful with the meds. Lady says that they should talk about it, whatever the problem seems to be. But no, Rika doesn’t want to talk, in fact, she has another use for Lady’s pretty mouth and those plump lips. The therapist is commanded to shut up and open her mouth, and then to take Rika’s cock. She slides down Rika’s tracksuit bottoms and reveals a massive cock. How is this even possible, or even better, is she really willing to help her patient? Well, of course, Lady is a moral therapist and she will do whatever it takes to help her patient. Yes, even take that juicy, fat cock inside her mouth. As her wet tongue begins to caress the futa cock, the warmness and moisture envelop it, Rika starts to feel some comfort at last.
