Susan (Kali Roses) is at a gynecologist appointment for the first time and is feeling nervous about it, so her best friend Bianca (Tia Maria) has come along for emotional support. The nurse, Nancy (Cubbi Thompson), is very busy but says she'll be back to give Susan a basic examination before the gynecologist arrives. Susan changes into an open-backed patient gown, but Nancy doesn't return, so Bianca goes to look for her. When Bianca is unable to locate Nancy and returns alone, she finds Susan nervously waiting with her eyes closed and ready to begin the exam. Tempted by the sight of Susan's open legs, Bianca gets a naughty idea and offers to tell Susan what's happening as the 'exam' begins. Bianca then proceeds to examine Susan's beautiful body, while carefully phrasing things to never specify who is touching Susan. But when Bianca touches Susan's pussy, she makes Susan feel so good that Susan squirts for the first time - right onto Nancy as she comes back into the room! After everyone finds out what's going on and recovers from their shock, they agree to a threesome!
