When HOE inspector Romi Rain shows up to investigate neighbor complaints about excessive noise, she's greeted by the unmistakable sounds of passion throbbing through the walls. With ear pressed to the door and eyes peering through the windows, she catches Vince and Jessie in the act , and quickly goes from professional to very personally invested. Adding a third voice to the chorus.
