Austin is dragged by his friend Amirah into doing something stupid like usual. This time though, she may have gone a little too far. The duo trespass on a crime scene, a slaughterhouse where horrifying acts have been enacted by a cult of devil worshippers. Whilst Amirah finds the place fascinating, Austin wants to get the hell out of there, leading to an argument between the two. Austin leaves Amirah alone in the room before collecting himself and going back inside to apologise. What he doesn't know is that the Amirah standing in front of him is no longer his friend. Amirah has been overtaken by a demonic entity summoned by the very worshippers Austin had feared. Growing a large demonic cock out of her crotch, Amirah, or at least the demon controlling her, subjects Austin to her devilish powers, breaking him physically and psychologically, letting Austin feel the true horrors of hell itself.
