Cory Chase is shocked when she finds out that her teen stepdaughter, Myra Moans, has decided to stop wearing panties. Myra claims that it's fun to keep a secret from everyone, but Cory thinks it's a terrible idea and makes Myra promise to put on panties. But apparently Myra lied through her teeth because a few days later a gust of wind blows Myra's skirt up, revealing she's still not wearing panties! Now desperate, Cory tries to scare her by saying that if she keeps going around without panties, strangers might start smacking her on the butt. When Myra says she wouldn't mind that, Cory becomes determined to prove her wrong by giving her a good spanking... But, hey wait, why is her stepdaughter ENJOYING it??
