A mid-twenties virgin, Alison Rey, is brought into a health clinic by her overbearing and worried stepmother, Sophia Locke, who wants her to get a full body physical to make sure 'everything is okay' down there. Dr. Calvert's irritation with Sophia's domineering attitude quickly shifts to intrigue as she assesses the dynamics between Sophia and Alison. Observing Sophia's intense preoccupation with her stepdaughter's body and sex life (or lack thereof), Dr. Calvert becomes curious about the underlying tensions and relationships at play... Seizing the opportunity to both lighten the mood and address the unusual situation, Dr. Calvert decides to make the examination process more engaging. She playfully involves Sophia in the exam, using it as a chance to both relax Alison and explore the dynamics of their relationship in a way that reveals her own sapphic mischief. As the examination progresses, Dr. Calvert successfully helps Alison get in touch and build confidence with her body, and Sophia to admit the true source of her anxieties - pent up lesbian attraction. This leads to a bold treatment plan - starting with a threesome with the experienced doctor!
